Hotel Arcadia, Florence

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and modern rooms featuring a balcony for enjoying the city and Tuscan hills views. However, natural light was lacking and there was limited space for suitcases. The service was excellent, particularly from Cristsn who provided helpful directions and maps. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella station and central sights. The dining options offered a good selection of delicious items, including a unique DIY juice station. Overall, a great value for a short stay.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. On the downside, despite requesting a double room, I ended up with an extra bed which was a bit inconvenient. The location was great, very close to the bus station, but the limited availability of certain services was a drawback.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and modern; however, mine was a bit on the small side near reception, making it a bit noisy when other guests checked in. The service was top-notch, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was convenient, close to the central station. The dining experience could have been better with a more diverse menu, but overall, great value for money.
